We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cerner Registration / Person Management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of relevant hands-on experience with Registration / Person Management solutions and tools with good understanding on revenue cycle applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work with US healthcare providers. A successful candidate will ensure the effective operation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement in performing builds, configurations and troubleshooting of issues on the Registration / Person Management modules and will support the hospital’s mission to deliver outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cerner Millennium Registration / Person Management Expertise:
- Utilize knowledge of Oracle Cerner Registration / Person Management modules to configure, build, and support Registration processes, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry best practices.
- Registration / Person Management Build and Configuration:
- Provide support in configuring and building Registration / Person Management solutions, including, Access Management, Revenue cycle management, Insurances, codesets, Rules, routings and so on.
- Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Applications: Apply sound understanding of the revenue cycle registration applications with good functional understanding of the workflows from a US healthcare perspective.
- Support and Maintenance of Registration Management solutions: Responsible for the ongoing maintenance, support and optimization of the Registration / Person Management systems including monitoring the performance, troubleshooting technical issues, continuous analysis of data, identifying areas of improvement and understanding customer needs.
- Training and Documentation: Train and mentor fellow team members on how to effectively use the Registration Management system including conducting of training / mentoring sessions, creating user documentation and guides, and offering ongoing support to address user questions and concerns.
- Service Management Expertise (ITIL): Utilize knowledge of ITIL service management concepts to manage incidents and changes effectively, ensuring smooth operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- On-call support: Participate in on-call rotations for critical system issues, providing timely and effective support when required.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of relevant hands-on experience with Registration / Person Management solutions and tools with good understanding on revenue cycle applications.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of Registration / Person Management solutions, including, Access Management, Revenue cycle management, Insurances, codesets, Rules, routings and organizations.
- ITIL knowledge: Solid understanding of ITIL service management principles.
- Communication skills: String written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare providers and stakeholders across the US.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a customer facing role and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
Preferred Certifications:
- Cerner Millennium Registration Management.
- Additional certifications in healthcare IT systems will be added advantage.
